Week 40 is normally the first week in October a beautiful time and climate to visit the Island.

A few thoughts from the owner!!

Large beautiful landscaped garden area overlooking the sea with private sunbeds and shades. The apartment is ground floor with ramp access from Residence timeshare reception. Or lifts or stair access if required to all other floors restaurants bars swimming pool and the main Porto Bay hotel reception .

As you leave the apartment to explore the hotel the access is the Orchid gardens where the flowers and plants are visited by many guests. They are amazing as is the whole resort. We have 15yrs left on our contract and only decided to sell as my husband is not able to travel anymore. The maintenance fees are very low we paid about £200 00 this year Excellent value for a 5 star luxury resort.
