This very spacious two storey three bedroom detached lodge comfortably sleeps eight, and is within easy walking distance of St. Ives beaches and town centre. It is in a prime elevated location, set within 72 acres of stunning hotel grounds, with commanding views over St. Ives harbour and the hotel golf course.

This lodge comprises a covered car port facility for loading and unloading. Ground level pathway takes you to the entrance lobby with utility room. This level comprises a spacious dining area with access to a furnished outside terrace; two twin bedded rooms both with en-suite bathrooms, and one sauna, plus a fully fitted kitchen with open plan kitchen fully equipped with an oven, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, all utensils and plenty of storage.

The main staircase then takes you up to a large sitting room, fully furnished with a large sofa bed, a further matching three piece suite, large screen TV and music system, and a doorway to a full length second external balcony.

The king size master bedroom and large en-suite bathroom, includes a jacuzzi-bath and separate shower, which can be independently accessed off the sitting room.

Treganna has a secure main car park close by, and membership of the Tregenna Homes Holiday Club includes discounted benefits on many of the hotel facilities, plus complimentary use of the heated indoor pool for the week of occupation.
