St Mellion Hotel Golf and Country Club is a premier golf, leisure and health spa, just over 8 miles from Plymouth. The extensive on-site facilities for all the family include two championship courses: the International Nicklaus and Kernow.

Occupants of the lodge are entitled to two rounds of golf per day, Monday to Friday, on the Kernow course. This can be upgraded to the Nicklaus course for a fee. Golf tee times can be booked in advance through the paperwork sent out by St Mellion a few weeks before occupancy.

There is also a driving range, top class leisure and health spa, pool table, licensed restaurants and bar. The Health Spa boasts a large pool, children’s pool and infant’s pool with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.

The lodge itself is furnished magnificently with all the amenities you would have at home ensuring maximum comfort.

Both owners are looking for a quick sale as they cannot utilise anymore, hence the price.

Week 40 is a spacious bungalow with south facing view of the Kernow golf course. Patio doors in the lounge & bedroom which has 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom & pull-down bed in lounge. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, shower room with sauna & utility room with washer-dryer. Patio furniture, gas barbecue garden & driveway. The lodge also overlooks the bowls rink and tennis court.

The annual maintenance charge includes 10 rounds of golf on the Kernow course. The Nicklaus course is available for an extra fee. The present owners are only selling because of advancing years & the facility is not required by their children. It has proved a delightful active & autumnal break over the years for all the family.
