We are delighted to offer this beautiful one bedroom apartment at the Royal Coral Bay Resort in Paphos which sleeps up to four people. Floating time means you can holiday anytime in the year with Red Season. Which is the highest possible bracket giving you total flexibility as to when you chose your holiday.

 

Fixtures and fittings are of a high standard in the apartment ensuring a very relaxing holiday indeed with your own private beach, all your entertainment, air conditioning, Laundry, and a lovely restaurant and much more.

 

You can exchange this week with the main exchange companies and go anywhere in the world if you do wish be adventurous, with over 2500 resorts to choose from all across the globe.

We first bought into Royal Coral Bay in April 2008 after deciding we wished to holiday there more frequently and at a higher quality resort. We started out with a studio apartment and then upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment in June 2014. We have had some fantastic holidays over the last 8 years but have now decided to buy a camper van and tour Europe.

The resort is small in comparison to many in the area but that is what attracted us to it. No matter where you are it’s a short distance to the pool or restaurant or children’s play area. Booking well in advance meant we could always choose the apartment we wanted on the ground floor facing the pool and having the sun all day!

The area is beautiful with lots to do in Coral Bay itself from live entertainment every night, good food, crazy golf etc and the fantastic views in the nearby nature reserve are breath taking. We enjoyed hiring quad bikes to explore the area off road.

Royal Coral Bay maintenance fees are also low in comparison to many other time shares and they have only just recently been increased to accommodate the refurbishment of the site and apartments to £260 per annum.

We have one week a year but you can extend this for a small fee to 2 weeks. Or you can holiday every other year so you get 2 weeks every other year and can use the exchange programme to pay to use another resort elsewhere. One year we had an extra holiday in Tenerife through the exchange programme which meant we got sun at the end of the summer too for a small exchange fee. We chose to pay for this rather than use one of our weeks as the price was so low.

Eve, who organises the weeks and apartments is brilliant and very accommodating in letting you book any day you wish which means you can benefit from cheaper flights. We currently have 2 unused weeks which we would be willing to negotiate with a potential buyer to use this year or save for next year and help build up the number of weeks to get you started.
