This is an investment in your future holidays with many benefits of owning your own property with no responsibility’s as with outright ownership all your maintenance and maid service is all included in your annual management charge.

The ownership can be passed on or willed to family members.

The owner is looking for a price in the region of £30.000 but will look at any sensible offers.

Your deeded fractional ownership at Club Coral View gives you four weeks of relaxing holiday time per year. Only twelve fractions per residence are sold, leaving four weeks of non-occupancy to allow for routine maintenance and flexibility in booking. If, for example, your holiday is for a period of four weeks and two days, we will try to accommodate you for the two extra days, subject to reservation policies. Your only extra cost will be the management fees for your extended two days of residence. Reservations can be made personally by telephone or e-mail or alternatively, as an owner you can use the online booking system on the website, where you can also shop for taxis , car hire, welcome hampers and more. Every effort is made to ensure you have a pleasant and hassle-free holiday experience.
