Owner’s own thoughts.

Villa 26 is set in an elevated position, backing onto the woods and golf course and has excellent views of the countryside to the front of the property. The living accommodation consists of three bedrooms, the large Master bedroom with en-suite and two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en-suite.

Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom with whirlpool bath and sauna. The large kitchen/diner is well equipped and has access to a private patio to the rear for dining outside. The lounge is furnished to a high standard including a new Samsung intelligent television and music system, leather sofas and chairs.

There are plenty of very good local restaurants in addition to dining choices at Slaley Hall. The estate has two 18 hole Championship Golf Courses and has several walks within the 1000 acre picturesque grounds.
