Edinburgh Residence is a 5* Residence Hotel. Set in 3 Georgian townhouses dating back to 1872, this elegant hotel is 10 minute’s walk from the west end of Princes Street.  A refreshing alternative to a 5* hotel, where you will enjoy an experience to remember.

This is Time Ownership with a difference. It gives you the chance to enjoy freedom and more choices.  This is a Grand Suite option that is up for sale. This gives a choice of 12 suites. Each suite is very different, Six sleeps 2, Four have separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge so 4 people can be accommodated.

Two can be connected to the adjoining suite to accommodate 6 people. There is a choice of a front suite, looking up to Edinburgh Castle, or a rear suite overlooking the mesmerising, picturesque Dean Village.

The suites are also spread over all floors. Some have ground floor access, but there is a new lift servicing all floors including the lower car park. Each suite is individually designed to the a high level of luxury accommodation and consists of:En-suite luxury bathroom with separate bath and shower. This is a floating week. Not a set week. As long as the suite required is available it can be booked anytime except The Edinburgh Fringe and Festival and Hogmanay. It can be taken as a full week, checking in on a Monday and checking out the following Monday.
