Luxury lodge with prime position overlooking the 6th green of the Wee Demon golf course. Another benefit is the fact that it is week 25, which invariably falls over Midsummer Day. It is quite a unique experience to sit on the veranda at 11.00pm in relative daylight. Although there is only one bedroom, there is a quality fully made up pull down bed in the lounge with wardrobes and extra towels, bath robes, etc. for the extra guests. The inventory is very well thought out and nothing has been left out, right from a full selection of crystal wine glasses to a meat thermometer. Good quality toiletries are supplied in addition to washing powder, washing up liquid, etc. There is also a welcome pack of tea, coffee, etc. There is free, reliable WiFi throughout the resort, lodges included. Lodge owners are entitled to many discounts during their week(s) like 50% off golf, including the Carrick, 20% of all food and beverages in all restaurants and 20% off spa treatment. There are also discounts for alternative hotels and other leisure facilities.
