Belton Woods is situated near Grantham, Lincolnshire, in the heart of rural England. You can easily enjoy days out in Nottingham, Lincoln and Stamford. The estate consists of 2 or 3 bedroom lodges, detached and se mi detached. The lodges are luxurious are tastefully designed. The estate is a PGA Championship approved venue. It includes two challenging eighteen hole and one nine hole golf courses. The leisure facilities in the hotel include a well stocked pro shop. Professionals are on hand and you can have lessons on the course or the driving range. The facilities can be used, mostly at no charge. There is a large indoor pool, two squash courts, outdoor tennis court, a well appointed gym and an exercise studio. There is also an outdoor pursuits centre offering activities such as quad biking and archery but these are chargeable.Our lodge is detached and spread over two floors. As you enter, there is a very handy small entrance porch with a large built in floor to ceiling double storage cupboard. You then go through into the hallway. To your right is a shower room with toilet and wash hand basin. There is also a sauna.Opposite is a twin bedded room with built in wardrobes and dressing table.When you open double glass doors, you enter a truly spacious open plan living area with stunning views over the golf courses. Looking out, there are windows the whole width of the room with French windows leading out onto a large balcony where you can sit and relax or sit at the table and eat. The large open plan living area is made up of three sections. One half is a spacious, elegant, fully fitted kitchen and a dining area with a sideboard. The other half is made up of leather sofas and chairs around a large coffee table, facing the television and sound system. On one wall there are built in storage cupboards. One set of these cupboards, houses a pull down double bed if needed.From the hall, there is a staircase going down to two further bedrooms. One is a twin bedroom with en suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin. It has a fitted wardrobe and dressing table. The other is the master bedroom with built in wardrobes and dressing table and a very large en suite bathroom with shower, whirlpool bath, toilet, bidet and twin wash hand basins. There is also a wall mounted television in the bedroom.There are two spaces to park your car outside our lodge.
