We are very pleased to offer this listing and here are the owners comments. Costa Sal is a beautiful place , the Resort and the people are so friendly,ive had my timeshare there for 10 years and over the years i have seen so many improvements,there are two lovely swimming pools and a childrens play area, tennis courts and lots of nightly entertainment. My appartment is on the ground floor and is in the main part of the complex with a lovely little patio and private area for sunbathing. It is not over looked at all so you can sit out there all evening , the kitchen and bathrooms have only just been refurbished and all new units have been put in. There is a small shop on site but the supermarket and the main shops are only five minutes walk. Outside the main entrance are bus stops so getting into puerto del carmen is only 1 euro away. Due to a change in circumstances we can not utilise the apartment so we are willing to look at any offers.
