We are delighted to offer this one bedroom timeshare apartment in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Mellieha, Malta, which is the most Northern village in Malta. Located conveniently by the sea, this hotel has superb facilities guarenteed to ensure your desire to return.

This comfortable apartment can sleep up to 4 persons and has 2 twin/double bedrooms, which are both en-suite, has dining area, TV, kitchenette, ample cupboard space and a balcony. The apartment is on a half board basis at no extra cost (including the utility fee).

Facilities include an outdoor (rooftop) pool aswell as an indoor pool and its own fitness centre. The hotel also boasts a Spa for a small additional cost. There are two restaurants and a bar providing light snacks.

If you require a larger unit you can do so on request to occupy six people at a small cost. The Floating time means you can use the week anytime in the Red Season, which gives you all the week(s) in the year which is great flexibility. The week can be exchanged through RCi and the current owner has had 2 sometimes 3 holidays out of season with the swap.
