The timeshare resort of Sweetwater at Lake Conroe is set on Lake Conroe inside the gated Sweetwater at Lake Conroe of April Sound Country Club. Amenities include four pools and a hot tub (seasonal), exercise equipment, tennis courts, and 27 holes of golf (for a fee). Guests may dine at the restaurant in the clubhouse, which serves lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday, with breakfast available on the weekends. Several grocery stores are located within a short distance. The lake offers fishing, waterskiing, and many other water sports.
