Selling your timeshare
If you are thinking of selling your timeshare, for whatever reason, you can do so through The Timeshare Shop. Registration is free, and your ownership will not only be marketed here in the UK but also with our associates abroad. We offer no false promises or guarantees but have a very good success rate in selling our customers timeshare ownerships. We will advise you on the market price of your ownership, taking into account the resort, country and unit size along with the season owned.
Once we find a buyer for your timeshare, we will over-see all aspects of transferring the ownership and also provide full escrow services for your complete protection and peace of mind.

Can I Resell my Timeshare Ownership Without my Deed?
Yes you can. We are here to help and advise you, whether you feel completely lost and confused about the whole business of selling your timeshare holiday ownership or you have simply lost your timeshare deed. If you have lost or misplaced your timeshare ownership deed we will contact the relevant authorities and arrange the necessary documentation to process the transfer of ownership, saving you time and unnecessary expense.
What is Right of First Refusal (ROFR)?
Right of First Refusal means that your timeshare resort has the option to purchase your timeshare before any private resale. It is worth checking out, as your resort may offer to buy your timeshare back and/or provide a timeshare resale program or at least put you in touch with a reputable timeshare resale company. If the resort declines their ROFR then you may continue with the private resale. To ensure that you get the best resale value for your timeshare, it is our practice to offer ROFR to buy your timeshare to your resort at point of sale, and to obtain a waiver where required. Where your resort does exercise their ROFR, you will receive the proceeds, which will not be less than the agreed private resale price for your timeshare.
Do I Need to Have my Property Appraised Before I Sell Timeshare?
In short - No. Your timeshare wasn't appraised before you bought it, so there is certainly no need for it to be appraised before you sell it. Appraisals are simply a way for dishonest organizations to try and extract money from people who want to sell timeshare.
A Word of Warning - Beware!
If you haven't already. DO NOT pay an upfront listing/registration fee to any timeshare resale company or any other company that promises or guarantees to sell your timeshare - even if they say they have a buyer. You will lose your money! If the pitch is too good to be true, it usually is. There generally aren't buyers waiting to purchase your exact timeshare week, and certainly not for more than the original purchase price. If this were true, timeshare resale companies would not charge upfront listing/registration fees, they would be happy to be paid AFTER the sale, not before your timeshare is sold. Timeshare resale companies demand an upfront fee for one reason and one reason only: They know before they take your money that they CANNOT sell your timeshare.
